About Me
Arielle is a current graduate of the the University of Alabama and former student reporter for Alabama Athletics. Currently, she is a Weekend Sports Anchor at WVUA 23 News in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Through her internships with Crimson Tide Productions and WVUA 23, she has had the opportunity to learn and grow as a reporter through being sideline talent for SECNetwork+ Women's Basketball and Soccer games, being the TideTV reporter for Alabama Softball and Baseball and became the Weekend Sports Anchor for the 10 pm Saturday and Sunday Newscasts at WVUA 23.
Arielle fell in love with sports at a young age when her father took her to her first Philadelphia 76ers game during the time of the Allen Iverson Era. Since then, she has loved watching all sports, but also has loved being able to cover and share the stories of these athletes. Arielle believes that athletes are more than their stat lines and she strives to humanize these athletes on every broadcast and tell their story.
Arielle knows that in this industry, it is all about who is dedicated to the grind and willing to go the extra mile. Through college, Arielle managed to commit to a full work schedule at Crimson Tide Productions and WVUA 23 while being a student athlete on the University of Alabama Women's Rowing team. Through her time as a student athlete she has learned time management and how to push through adversity when times get tough. Arielle knows that hard work, dedication and heart will take you far in life and with her personality, she is willing to do anything to help others and wants to learn and grow from the best.
Arielle hopes someday to become a sideline reporter for ESPN covering Women's College Basketball or the WNBA. She is excited to take her first steps in this industry and cannot wait to get started and is seeking her first full-time position!
